Quantem Aviation Services is hiring Planners for our Dallas - Ft. Worth International Airport (DFW) Location $650 Sign-On Bonus Pay: $17.00 / hr | Type: Full-Time Shift: 0400am-12:30pm Inquire about our Employee Referral Program! POSITION OVERVIEW: Quantem is currently looking for Planners to keep up our level of commitment to safety. In this role, you plan the necessary details of mail operations with our customers. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Plan outbound mail for outbound flights. • Coordinate pickup and delivery of mail. • Monitor scanning efficiency. • Complete and submit daily and weekly reports. • Communicate with Airline personnel. • Retrieve and enter information from customer and QAS computer-based systems. • Maintain and retain required documentation. • Performs other duties as assigned by QAS management REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE: • Routinely required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; speak clearly, and hear efficiently. • Must routinely lift and/or move up to, in excess of 25/55 pounds. • Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: • High School Diploma or GED required. • Valid US driver’s license. • Must be able to pass all required background and clearance requirements. • Successful completion of the required airport badging process and pre-employment drug screen is required.
