Arrow Security & Training LLC is looking for part-time Role Players (Decoys) to support training exercises with the Customs Border Patrol. Responsibilities: For the Currency/Firearms Detection and Passenger Processing courses, the decoys shall be required to carry a variety of training aids and act as the traveling public. For the Concealed Human/Narcotic Detection and Pedestrian Processing courses, the decoys shall act both as members of the traveling public and as a concealed training aid. For the Search and Rescue and the Tracking and Trailing courses, the decoys shall act as trail layers, and as concealed human finds. Decoys shall be able to cover areas at a minimum of one mile in length over rough terrain in extreme/harsh weather conditions within a specified time limit. Training decoys in all classes shall be required to properly reward the canines by tossing or dropping the reward object for the canine at the request of the instructor. Hide in a concealed area to be detected by the canine. Requirements: Must have the ability to hide in closed spaces (i.e. vehicle trunks, closets, dense vegetation, etc.) Must be able to lie, sit, and/or stand quietly for an extended period of time (up to one hour) Should not be afraid of canines Must be a U.S. Citizen Must be 18 years or older Must be willing to adhere to a dress code Must submit to and pass a criminal background check Hours fluctuate every week depending on the training schedule and the needs.
