Hello we have an assortment of repairs we would like done to our house. 1. Entry door - We need a 30x80 door installed. I was positive I measured the door correctly, but this is the size they gave me. The door is pre-cut and the hinge cuts don't match. Also there like a 2 inch discrepancy in the height of the door, so I figured we'd just re-rough the whole framing, then install the new door. 2. Plumbing - one of the drain lines somehow came apart on our sink. Would like to have this repaired. 3. Window - we have a window that does not slide properly and eventually the pane broke. We would also like this repaired, or even the whole window replaced. The measurements for the window are 27.5W x 53.5H measured to the jambs and sill. Email questions or quote.
