We are currently seeking a full-time Floating Apartment Turns Specialist that will split their time between 4 smaller apartments complexes in Washington County (near Washington Square Mall). The successful candidate will be able to perform the following: -Apartment turn over maintenance, painting, and touch up -Communicate successfully with the community manager -Clean common areas -Drywall repair and patching -Install ceiling fans, dishwashers, garbage disposals, and faucets -Repair tile and grout -Troubleshoot water heaters and thermostats -Complete unit to unit inspections per supervisor's request Weekly Schedule: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 5pm On-call emergency rotation $16.00-$28.00 per hour, DOE REQUIREMENTS -Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle required. -Employee must have their own tools to perform duties. -High School diploma or equivalent -Basic knowledge of Oregon Tenant/Landlord Laws -Understanding Federal, State, and Local Fair Housing laws -At least 1 year OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE EXPERIENCE, preferably in a market with a high summer turnover rate. Screening prior to a job offer: Background, Driving, and Drug. (Testing positive for THC alone will not disqualify an applicant for consideration.)
