We are currently hiring an experienced trimmer and Inventory assistant who can offer a high quality and adaptable trim style. Being able to take constructive criticism and direction is a must as we are a small notable business with an eye for detail and top shelf product. Please when responding to post attach a current resume with references. We work 10-6 Mon-Thurs and two Sunday’s a month. Employment is offered on a W2. Candidate must be able to work all available hours. Must be motivated, punctual, and work well with others. Metrc experience and previous inventory management is a plus! Responsibilities include: - Work as a team to execute harvests, including cutting, hanging, and weighing plants for drying - Accomplish all flower processes post-harvest – drying, bucking, sorting, and trimming - Assist trim manager with preparing product for sale or transfer - Disposing of waste material by compost bins as per state regulations - Cleaning and sanitizing of tools, trimming equipment and trim area - Acquire basic knowledge of strains and Oregon state regulations - Competently follow directions from supervisor(s) - Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs -Trimming cannabis flower efficiently while maintaining quality -Ability to follow and complete the harvesting and trimming plan -Ability to accurately weigh and measure cannabis -Must be able to tightly hand trim substantial amounts a day (At least 600 grms in an 8 hour day) -Consistency with quality of product and output -Keep a steady pace while working with a sense of urgency -Self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills -Trustworthy, dependable, reliable, and thorough -Good eye for PM, Botrytis and high attention to detail -Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. -Perform repetitive tasks -Consistently on time to work with a positive attitude -Must be able to work well as part of a team -Eager and willing to learn new techniques -Must be organized and maintain a clean workspace -Ability to follow standard operation procedures -Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time Requirements: • Must be 21 or older. • Must have reliable transportation. • Must have an active OLCC Marijuana’s worker permit or Test passed certificate • Eager and willing to learn new techniques. • Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Pay starts at $19 hr with performance based increases every 6 months. MUST give a resume with references to be considered.
