Concrete Polishing: Foremen, Operators, Laborers

We are looking to hire responsible individuals who are self-motivated and ready to work. Our goal is to keep a safe and positive working environment for our employees and customers. We are looking for Foremen/Crew Leads, Operators, and Floor Technicians with experience in the concrete polishing & floor preparation industry. Our team is responsible for managing and working on installations of polished concrete, epoxy coatings, urethane coatings, and joint/crack repairs. RESPONSIBILITIES: Install polished concrete, epoxy coatings, urethane & possible hard surface flooring systems Manage use of equipment and materials on jobsites Maintain compliance with all health and safety rules at each site Attend customer job meetings as needed (foremen) Maintain production targets and timelines (foremen) Crew management, including hourly reporting and daily job reporting (foremen) Assist in training laborers as needed (foremen, operators) Communicate with management team regarding changes in project scope (foremen) POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift at least 50lbs Strong communication skills, highly motivated, display high level of professionalism Ability to work with a team to communicate/report all details of daily activity on a project Must be able to take direction well Polished concrete, various epoxy systems installation and resilient installation experience preferred Experience operating various pieces of equipment such as grinders, sanders, polishers, shot blasters, duct collectors, hand power tools, fork lifts, trowels, scrubbers, and other specialty equipment (foremen, operators) Candidates must be able to travel for extended periods of time (US only) Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Chauffeur's License, DOT Medical Card, and OSHA 10 certification are a plus but not required Must pass a pre-employment drug screen Authorized to work in the United States Health/Life insurance after 90 days. 401k benefits after one year.
