Part Time (10-20 hrs a week) Handyman needed for property maintenance for portfolio of Allentown apartments between W 8th St and W 15th st in Center City. Must have transportation and tools. Must have experience with: light plumbing, light electrical, repairing drywall, painting, installing windows and doors, installing cabinets and countertops. Bonus but not necessary- flooring, light roofing. Pay is $25 an hour- 1099.
