We are looking for Individuals or partnerships with the following experience: Lock change, lawn maintenance, debris removal, minor electrical repair, minor plumbing repair, Padlock installation Board ups, maid services (Janitorial, refresh, make ready), water extraction, gutter cleaning, etc. Requirements * You must have experience in property preservations or have handyman work experience This is a contractor W-9 position and we do offer incentives based on work orders. * Must be able to Bid Project You must have the following: · Able to submit and pass a background check. · Valid driver’s license. · Must be able to utilize email and smart phone · Must be able to complete work orders timely, efficiently and with minimal supervision. 80% of work orders include lock changes, trash outs, debris removal, initial cleaning, board ups, etc. Complete the application under Vendor application with the link provided at .
