Help Snowplowing and Hardscaping in summer

I am looking for someone to help me snowplow this winter. I have a fairly small route in Delmar and Albany. I am located in Feura Bush which is 5 min past the Bethlehem High School in Delmar. I need someone super dependable, MUST have a valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and be willing to work odd hours this winter depending on storms, accumulation etc. I own a hardscaping company and need a full time guy in the summer so this could lead to a full time 40-50 hr a week position. No experience necessary, I will train the right person. I just need someone that is very reliable and willing to work. Pay is going to be based on experience but if you are dependable both jobs will pay $20-$25/hr to start depending on experience.
