Habitat for Humanity at Johns Hopkins University presents "Beyond the Build: Existing in a Segregated City" with Author Lawrence Lanahan
Habitat for Humanity at Johns Hopkins University will be hosting a special seminar with award winning author of “The Lines Between Us: Two Families and a Quest to Cross Baltimore’s Racial Divide”, Lawrence Lanahan.
This free event will be held on Wednedsay January 26, 2022 from 6pm-9pm at Johns Hopkins University's Homewood Campus.
This discussion will include insight about his book, including the topic of "existing in a segregated city", as he will reflect on his own experiences living in Baltimore for 20 years, the roles we all play in it (for better or worse) & what inspired him to write his book.
