We are a down to earth, small company that likes to treat people well and we have no problems paying for performance! MINIMUM $20/hr to start with no experience, pay raises as soon as 1 week depending on skill, ambition and performance. We have top of the line equipment that is always maintained and taken care of. Yearly PPE and gear allowance of $500 for entry level and $1,000 for climbers. Max 40 hrs a week, year round with tons of bonus opportunities! Entry level applicants: Are you interested in learning more about the exciting and lucrative Tree Care Industry but don't know where to start? Here is your perfect opportunity! The successful candidate will literally learn the ropes from the ground up. (All puns intended) Learn how to safely and effectively operate and maintain a chainsaw, pole saw, hand saw, back pack blower, power pole saw, wood chipper, mini skid and dump truck. Learn rope rigging techniques, how to tie and untie common knots. Learn how to properly trim a tree from the ground. We have machines that do a LOT of the heavy lifting for us! While we are willing to train you in all aspects of Tree Work, you MUST possess the following: Be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Have an eye for detail. Enjoy being outdoors, seeing different places every day and being physical for 6+ hours a day. BONUS POINTS: Valid Drivers License with ability to drive big trucks.
