GROUNDBREAKING - CELEBRATE WITH US! Allegro Pointe is the first 100% affordable development by Ginn Gives, the nonprofit arm of Ginn Group. On December 2nd we will gather to officially break ground and celebrate moving into active construction. Please choose suitable wardrobe for safety and the weather. Additionally, we request social distancing and masks to keep our community safe. Background information: Through Ginn Gives, the team at Ginn Group is proud to build the beautiful Allegro Pointe development to provide much-needed affordable options on the westside of Vancouver. ​As the inaugural project for Ginn Gives, the nonprofit arm of Ginn Group, all 50 units will be for those who are at 80% AMI. ​The monthly rent will be calculated based on affordable housing defined by the City of Vancouver. With the development moving into construction, we are holding a groundbreaking event and would love to have you join us in the celebration. During the event, you will learn more about Allegro Pointe and Ginn Gives. Additionally, we will be collecting messages of gratitude to add to our time capsule planted on site.
