Run a new outlet behind wood paneling with foam insulation

I'd like someone to run an electrical wire from the outlet on the lower left behind the wood paneling to the TV. There is foam insulation inside the wall, the wood panels are pretty thick as well. I'm not sure about the stud situation. Please say what the cost would be and describe in detail how you would run the wire.
