Join us for the year's highlights, special guest Tracy Bauer for tips on self-care to stress less and combat burnout, networking, and more! PRSA CNY members and all interested in our chapter activities are invited to attend our 2021 Annual Meeting on Tuesday, December 7 at 5:30 pm. We’ll elect the 2022 PRSA CNY Board Members, share highlights of the year’s activities and updates from the SUNY Oswego and Syracuse University PRSSA chapters, and our president, Anja Godlewski-Dykes, will discuss plans for 2022. Our meeting this year will also feature a special guest, Tracy Bauer, an experienced recruiter, career coach, and registered yoga teacher and meditation guide. Tracy will share insights on how the workforce has changed as well as tips and resources for focusing on self-care to help you stress less, combat burnout, and set boundaries between your work and personal life. We’ll also have raffles and allow plenty of networking time so you can meet fellow PR and communications peers and make new connections. As the year winds down, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and recharged for the year ahead! We'll have water and soda available. Registration is FREE for PRSA and PRSSA members and $10 for non-members. About our speaker, Tracy BauerTracy Bauer is an experienced recruiter and career coach in Syracuse, NY. She strives to help all of her clients understand themselves and their careers in order to gain promotions, opportunities, new paths, and more. Tracy has over five years of experience in recruiting, 11 years in career coaching and three years of teaching yoga. She currently works at Syracuse University’s Graduate School where she focuses on helping masters and PhDs secure internships and jobs. Tracy completed a BS in Business Administration at SUNY Geneseo, an MS in Adult Education at SUNY Buffalo State, and an Executive Master of Public Administration (EMPA) and a Certificate of Advanced Study in Conflict Resolution at Syracuse University. In addition, she is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance and has been teaching yoga, breathwork, and meditation since 2018. Connect with Tracy on LinkedIn to learn more.
