On Tuesday, December 14th, Railway Tavern will be hosting it's very first Wine Pairing Dinner! Italian style! Join Harry Zarkades from Main Street Wine Imports for this Italian themed, 4 course dinner. Each course is expertly paired with a wine from Natale Verga that perfectly compliments the flavors of each dish. As each course is served, Harry will talk about the wines in detail, including where it comes from, the tasting notes you should be experiencing, what types of foods the wine pairs best with, and how the wine is made. As you enjoy each course, there will be a solo piano performance by the fabulous Jane Potter! Please note that there is a vegetarian option available.
