Description

Learn about the historic Long Beach Pike, do a hands-on activity related to one of the amusements of the Pike followed by a walking tour. This project will introduce the participants to the role of the historic Long Beach Pike in amusement park history, with particular focus on the Nu Pike and the year 1954. Activities will vary over time, and specific activities should be selected in advance to ensure that we have sufficient time to gather materials.
