Have you always been curious about the types of feathered friends living in your backyard? Join the Group for this "Birding Basics" program! Do you love birds? Have you always been curious about the types of feathered friends living in your backyard? Join the Group on Sunday, December 28 at 9:30 a.m., to learn basic identification skills that will help you identify birds in your yard and beyond. You will have the opportunity to put your new skills to the test at the Group’s Project Feederwatch area at Downs Farm Preserve, and learn more about the birds that make their home there. Please dress WARM and bring binoculars if you have them. Registration is required and space is limited to 12 people. Suitable for children ages 12 and up.
