Local cleaning company is in need of someone who works or lives in/near the Charlotte/Arboretum area to help clean 2 office buildings. Are you the type of person who loves good honest work? Make $275 per week doing office cleaning Compensation: $275 per week *on average you will be working 15-20 hrs per week (not including travel) Shift: Cleaning 2 offices, in the evenings, 6 days per week, earn double pay on federal holidays! Monday: 1 office, avg 1.5-2hrs Tuesday: 1 office, avg 1.5-2hrs Wednesday: 2 offices, avg 4-5hrs Thursday: 1 office, avg 1.5-2hrs Friday: 2 offices 5-6hrs Saturday 1 office, avg 1.5-2hrs *these offices are ins the same park, so no travel between offices Hours: you may start each day after 6pm Start Date: ASAP *applicants must live or work in/near the Charlotte/Arboretum area This is a great opportunity for extra income! This position is ideal for responsible people who work well alone and without direct supervision. This job consists of cleaning office buildings. Details include emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, dusting etc. It is encouraged that applicants be in good physical health. We provide all cleaning equipment and supplies. Opportunities for more work can be provided should you be interested. Applicants must have their own reliable transportation, and produce a valid Drivers License and valid Social Security Card. You must have a clean criminal background (no felonies or drug charges) and be able to pass random drug testing. Previous commercial cleaning experience is a plus!
