Mr. Coates is a 2-time U.S War Veteran, YouTuber, author, and an advocate warrior for Mental health. He is the CEO & Founder of the national movement, "The Self-Improvement Summit". He created this profound movement for black men to come together in fellowship to tackle the uprising crisis concerning the lack of support for Black men dealing with Mental health. With your help we can fulfill this serious mission... "To promote the healing and restoring of Black men's Mental Health. To create a space for them to heal, grow, and thrive in our community.” This mission requires an urgent national communal effort devoted to facilitate Mental health. Mr. Rashard works with countless Psychologist, Universities, Veterans, and social media influencers. "Black men’s mental health is more complex than statistics or clinical diagnoses indicate, according to subject matter experts. Because of structural racism and Black men’s unique history in this country, their mental health and treatment are intimately tied to factors such as implicit bias on the part of medical providers, high poverty rates, and low access to quality psychological and psychiatric services." We are bringing in the new year introducing the "Rise of the Masculine & Feminine in Houston, Texas on Saturday, February 5, 2022. We want to welcome all woman to this summit.
