Plenty of Blue Ridge Parkway riding trails within 3 road riding miles. Owner's gelding is 15 y/o TWH - playful, gentle natured and in need of one good-natured pasture/trail buddy! Prefer a horse owner that is familiar with stall/grass management routines. Horses are kept in large dry lot area with stall and some grass access in evenings. Square bale hay is supplemented year round and increased for winter/early spring. Price varies depending on what kind of board is requested.
