2020-2021 New Sub Safety Meeting New Sub Safety Meetings will be held on the following dates, the meetings will be held in the Rapides Parish School Board boardroom located at 619 Sixth Street Alexandria, La 71306. Meeting times are 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Sept. 9Oct. 14 - Moved to Peabody Magnet High School Auditorium & max capacity moved to 200. Nov. 10Dec. 9Jan. 13Feb. 10Mar. 10Apr. 21May 12 - (if needed)Registration is maxed at 55 participants per session (subject to change pending COVID Safety Protocols). If registration is full on your preferred date, you will be placed on a wait list. As seats become available, you will be notified that you can attend. All participants must adhere to COVID safety guidelines as mandated (wearing a face covering, subject to temperature check, etc).
