Join us on Saturday, December 4th (11 am to 3 pm) at Wheeling Town Center for our Jingle & Mingle Holiday Market! FREE Admission! 30+ Vendors! (including jewelry, fashion accessories, home décor, clothing, toys, tasty treats and more!)Food samples and special offers from Wheeling Town Center restaurants!Prizes and Giveaways!During Jingle & Mingle, we will be collecting NEW, un-wrapped toys to support the WINGS program.
