My Dog is in need of some help please please

I don’t expect a pay out or anything of that sort. I just hope theirs still faith for my dog fluffy to be treated properly. He’s only 4 years old, loves to play and eat. He loves everyone and anything. His kidneys are currently failing him and we cannot afford to lose a piece of our family. He’s been battling for days and he’s hanging on tightly with us.
