(spanish springs) hwy 445 and calle de la plata area, WARNING (reno) warning for drivers late nite area of pyramid hwy 445 and calle de la plata area, (just a bit north of this cross st) some kids are putting rocks, barricades, road cones in the middle of the hwy late nite after 8 pm (just for the kicks of seeing cars slam into them) the hwy patrol and sheriffs office should be called if you see any of this THIS HAS GONE ON FOR YEARS, THERE WAS A EPISODE OVER WEEKEND,, 1 OR 2 YRS AGO, AND PRETTY MUCH EVERY YR. FOR LAST 10 YRS. probably a family with a bunch of kids the older ones are teaching this to the younger ones. kids on mini bikes seen in area time of incident as well, sheriffs looking into this. this is not fun and games, cars go 55 and 65 plus in this area and hitting these objects at high speed can cause multiple car accident, or at minimum thousands damage to each vehicle.
