Positions Available: • Maintenance Techs • Foreman • Carpenters • Traveling (National) Maintenance Techs & Residential Remodelers Position Details: Maintenance Techs • Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry skills • All facets of apartment make ready • "Whatever it takes" attitude Foreman • Supervisory experience • Lead and work alongside your maintenance team • Carpentry, plumbing and electrical skills • Ensure goals are met including efficient, on time turns, and budgetary goals Carpenters • Interior and Exterior remodeling • Cabinet re-facing, door hanging, countertop installation • Sheetrock repair and finishing • Kitchen and bath remodeling • Basic electrical and plumbing All applicants must have their own tools and transportation.
