Hill Rental Properties is currently hiring for yard crew. Duties include daily property upkeep, snow removal, trash clean up, tree trimming, mowing lawns, spraying weeds, cleaning up parking lots, moving appliances, cleaning out apartments, cleaning carpets, and other general maintenance as needed. Successful applicants must be honest, reliable, able to take direction, and able to work individually and with a team. Experience with power tools, lawn equipment and manual transmissions is required. Must enjoy working outside and be able to lift and carry up to 65 lbs. All tools and vehicles are provided. Applicants must be able to pass a criminal background check and have a clean driving record. Work hours are Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. Overtime during snow events and/or maintenance emergencies is required. This position can be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate.
