HILO TOWN ARE YOU READY?!?! I am so excited to present a new project, bring some tasty nightlife back to our hometown!! My vision for this project is to feature our favorite local and up and coming chefs, by giving them a space to create and share their favorite dishes with our communtiy. This is an exclusive event, with advanced reservations required. I am hoping to create a unique and memorable experience that will entice all senses. This month's featured chef will be none other then my favorite chef, my sister Amber Kau'i "Showtime" Cazimero. If you ever had a chance to watch her sunday cooking shows on Instagram and have said..."Ohhh I wish I could eat that" here is your chance. She will be filiming LIVE on how to cook her Showtime Seafood Boil and you get to taste the final dish. Please join us for an intimate event, two seatings available, with very limited seating.
