As we enter the holiday season, it’s good to have some strategies to use during times when we may not be feeling so jolly. Join us for some fun activities designed to get you thinking about the highs and lows of the holiday season and how you can manage stress.
Adrian Knauss, who holds a master’s degree in child development and family studies from Purdue University Northwest, will lead the discussion of these topics at a Prime Time live event on Friday, Dec. 3, at 2 p.m. at the OUMC Fellowship Hall. Adrian is currently at East Carolina University working toward a Ph.D. in Medical Family Therapy and is in the process of becoming a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
Afterwards, there will be time to mingle and have some one-on-one time if anyone wants to share their thoughts or reactions. It will be very informal and casual, while offering some additional support and suggestions if needed.
