Caring for You and Your Baby
A one session class where you will learn how to care for the mother and new baby. Some topics covered in class include; newborn characteristics, feeding, sleeping, bathing your newborn, care of the umbilical cord and circumcision, caring for the mom after delivery, baby blues and postpartum depression.
Space is limited and registration is required. The class fee provides a ticket for 1 couple.
