Summary Works in the Weigh & Price cooler pulling racks, loading baskets, staging product and feeding conveyer belt lines. Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Moves racks to designated area within the Weigh & Price cooler Places packaged product on production line conveyor belt States necessary product in preparation for production line Loads baskets of product Maintains work area clean and safe. Participates in the company and departmental safety programs. Experience Requirements: Ability to work as a team player is essential. Attendance is an essential function of this job. Read product labels in English. Environmental Factors and Physical Requirements: Required to work in the cooler for the duration of the shift. Works entire shift while standing. Ability to make repetitive motion movements using arms, hands and wrists for an entire shift. Ability to stand the entire shift and use the hands, wrists and arms repetitively. Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 lbs. The work environment is wet, cold and noisy. The level of noise varies from moderate to extreme. Ear protection is provided. Cooler is great is provided.
