ARE YOU READY TO CONNECT? Join us in this powerful ceremony under the last Full Moon of 2021. Shift into full, embodied alignment with your highest-self this Full Moon with an afternoon of crystal singing bowls, journaling, intention setting ceremony and guided meditation led by, Grecia G. 💫 Meditating on a full moon helps us with recharging the energy field around our body and with clearing and balancing our chakras. We’ll begin this powerful afternoon by harnessing the magic of the full moon for intention setting before moving into a couple of guided breathing exercises and some light stretches to relax the body. 🧘🏻‍♀️🧘🏻 We will end the evening with shopping, supporting and connecting with local vendors. 💓 ✨Please be sure to pre-register as space is limited.✨ Please bring/ dress in layers to stay comfortable. 🥰 Yoga props such as mats, blankets and bolsters will be offered for your comfort. If you wish to refrain from using our shared props please bring your own from home.
