($12-$18 DOE hourly) + Commission (Profit Sharing) Requirements: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and Holidays Industrial Experience of two or more years required Valid driver's license needed for Account Reps only(five years of driving experience with no more than two moving violations within that period) Bilingual Preferred (English / Spanish) Must enjoy working outdoors and staying busy A passion for recycling a plus! Oversees Recycling Division and employees working at the various hotel recycling docks. Keep track of Daily Manager Notes; daily electronic submitter of notes and status updates. Ensure that assets are being counted and turned in weekly; asset forms must be submitted via website each Saturday. Enforce Masks/PPE, Safety Policies, Covid- 19 policies, Employee Handbook Policies and all other Company Policies Review Employee Paper Work, Documentation, Time sheets, etc. Check and Monitor Supplies, Repairs, and work orders. Attend weekly meetings, train supervisors, and have periodic meetings with Property Management Team Call in open-tops, compactors, and all other service provider bins/totes. Loading, unloading and moving heavy materials (i.e., each bale moved may weigh an upward of 900 lbs.) within or near a property, recycling plant, or work site; transfer bags/bales as needed.
