CHWs LUNCH IS ON US TODAY! Complete registration and come through to pick up your FREE hot lunch along with a little thank you from CHWAR! Community Health Workers! We are inviting you to our Drive Thru Thank You Luncheon as a token of appreciation for all of your hard work this year! We are working during unprecedented times with unprecedented needs and limited resources as always. Thanks for always doing your best to meet the needs of our community members and ensure equitable access to resources and services. We have 100 spots, so please make sure that those who are out there in the community get this invitation. Community Health Workers often go by different titles- Outreach Worker.Ambassador.Credible Messenger.Health Coach.Patient Advocate.Navigator.Peer.Family Advocate.Promotora.There is an option to purchase a meal for those allies who would like to support the valuable work of CHWs. Please only register for CHW luncheon if your are a direct outreach worker serving our community.
