What are the current and future trends for local schools in our region? You’ll have the opportunity to hear from local education experts on the state of education in southwestern Pennsylvania, including current and future trends related to the best ways to invest in our local schools and track K-12 workforce development trends. Our presenters will include: Don Martin, executive director, Intermediate Unit 1Jim Denova, special projects consultant, Intermediate Unit 1Kristin Szewczyk, assistant executive director and Title IX coordinator, Intermediate Unit 1Jenny Lent, assistant to the executive director for Educational Programs, Intermediate Unit 1The session will also include a member spotlight session that will feature Range Resources, led by Laural Ziemba, director of public affairs. The Center for Corporate Social Responsibility at Waynesburg University seeks to build a network of practitioners in the region dedicated to sharing best practices in corporate social responsibility work.
