Master Garden Volunteer training, trains volunteers to assist the Horticulutre program in Highlands County , Florida You will learn the art and science of growing plants in this 9 week course and start your journey as a Master Gardener Volunteer. Volunteering and educating your Highlands County neighbors will take you to the next level of gardening skills. By signing up for this class you will be emailed your application and we will set up an interview. There is no committment until you are sure that this is the program for you. We are accepting 10 trainees and the class starts Saturday January 22nd from 9 am until 4 pm. Then the class is every Wednesday from 9 am until 4 pm until the end of March.
