I'm a newly registered Logistics, Procurement & Supply Chain Management-Based business looking to partner with investors and advisors who are somewhat familiar with the concepts of Government Contracting and Sub-Contracting. Logistics Consulting, Acquisitions (Contract Oversight), Procurement, Supply Management and Logistics/Transportation (Freight). Articles of Organization/Certificate of filing: Complete EIN: Complete DUNS Number: Complete Federal Government (SAMS.gov) Registration Success: Complete Cage Code: Complete Banking: Complete Business Plan: Complete & Currently being updated USDOT/MC numbers: Pending The incentive that I offer is that I am a Service-Disabled-Veteran-Owned-Small-Business which puts me to the front of the lines (first source) with regard to competing for Government Contract Awards. With that being said, I can subcontract and outsource up to 50% of services and 1099 the remaining 50% for every contract award that we land. Everything is set up but I am looking for small investors and to build a team of advisors.
