FAQs Is this for Condominiums or Homeowners Associations? The class will be geared towards directors of condominiums. Who should attend? The class is taught as an entry level introduction to condominium association concepts. However, we do get into specific issues, tips, tricks, policy suggestions, etc. There is no minimum knowledge or understanding requirement to attend! Is there a cost to attend? The class is free and provided as a courtesy. Will food be provided? Light food/snacks and beverages (coffee, soda, water) are provided.
