A safe space to feel, move, express, and digest your emotions while in the loving presence of other women Each month we'll gather together as women to feel and move through our emotions. This is your safe space to show up however you are and be met with love, compassion, understanding, and non-judgment. Free to BE. All parts of you are welcome here. As women, we are cyclical beings. For a huge portion of our lives, we bleed each month as our bodies clear out the old, in order to bring in fresh creative potential for life. This is one of the purposes for this circle. To acknowledge, feel, and digest our emotional experiences each month, creating space for fresh energy and more space within ourselves. What to Expect: Each circle will start with a mug of warm, heart opening KAKAO Ceremonial Drinking Chocolate and will then follow a loose structure. We'll begin as a group and then move into a more individual expression. We'll close together as a group with time to integrate your experience and share if desired. You’ll be guided in body-centered ways to express and digest emotions through the breath, sound, movement, and (self) touch. This is the kind of space where you will be in your own experience, while being part of the whole and in the presence of other women who will be in their own experiences. Individually, yet as one. You’ll most likely feel lighter and more at peace following our time together, with tools and insight for emotional wellness and expression outside of our circles. These circles are open to women of all ages. Over the past 7 years, I've been on a personal journey with emotions. There is so much I could say, but the journey has been exciting, challenging at times, and most of all oh so incredibly liberating. In my work as a holistic massage therapist, I've also supported countless women with stress relief and feeling more connected to themselves and their bodies. Many of whom when asked, have shared they didn't realize the effect that keeping their emotions "stuffed down" had on their physical bodies. Emotional wellness is something I'm deeply passionate about and I'm beyond excited to hold a safe space for more women to experience this work, and their own liberation. --------- I'm a With Heart Certified Energy Coach™, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Reiki Master, Cacao Ceremony Facilitator, and the founder of Wild Quartz Wellness.
