I am auctioning a 12.69lb. (before cooking) young turkey, fully cooked and ready to be picked up on Thursday morning. Brined in vegetable broth, kosher salt, whole peppercorns, Kirkland’s organic no salt seasoning and one bottle of Dos Equis beer for 24hrs., this turkey will be cooked overnight Wednesday and ready for the highest bidder on Thanksgiving morning, 6:00am. Bidding will start at $50 paid by cash in person, through Zelle or Cash app upon arrival for pickup. The reason for this is I will unfortunately be working all day as I work in food service so my plans have been shot down for the holiday. I figured I could help someone out and in turn get helped as well as I’ve had many unexpected expenses recently. IMPORTANT: before bidding it is imperative that you understand you must pickup at my residence no later than 6am. I leave to work shortly after and will not be back all day.
