Plumber needed to close down house for winter

I need to close down the house for the winter and drain the h2o heater and blow out the pipes-I already tried, but did not have a very good seal, so I'm pretty sure there's still h2o in the pipes. I poured antifreeze down the drains in the bathroom and kitchen-I didn't pour any antifreeze down the supply lines cuz I didn't have a funnel. The h2o heater seems to have a keyhole which is required to turn the spigot to drain the heater.
