GREEN BAY (WLUK) – UW-Green Bay is seeking city approval for a 232-student campus housing project.
The four-story building would be built by University Village Housing, Inc. on land east of the Mauthe Center and north of the Kress Event Center, according to documents submitted to the city.
Construction on the property would begin in the spring of 2022, with an anticipated completion for the fall semester of 2023. The $20 million project includes single and double apartments.
