Retired contractor or building inspector to advise on ADU

I’m currently in the process of building a new two unit, two story ADU as an owner builder in north Oakland. I’m hiring journeymen to do most of the work and doing some of the work myself. I’m looking for an experienced retired contractor or building inspector to visit my site to inspect the work in progress and provide general construction advice. Currently, the foundation and framing are complete. The building is all electric, will have solar and fire sprinkler systems, and uses a mini split heat pump system. I would pay $250 per visit with each visit lasting an hour. Please send your California contractor's license # (inactive licenses are ok for retired contractors) or the city/county where you worked as a building inspector.
