A THANK YOU FROM LINDA REILLY On behalf of the OLOA Ladies Guild I wish to thank all those who made the 2021 Christmas Craft Bazaar a record breaking success this year. Without the help of the more than 96 volunteers and 26 vendors this would not have been possible. Knights of Columbus Trinity Council #5467 13 volunteers prepped and manned the kitchen serving food all day Brian and Scout Troop 63 8 volunteers who helped carry and set-up Tom and Scout Troop 907: 10 volunteers arrived at 6:45AM and helped over 26 Crafters set-up, returning later for clean-up Jackson and Christmas Train helpers 3 volunteers set up the elaborate train display over two days and provided enjoyment throughout the bazaar day Santa Walter and Mrs Phyllis Claus DJ Ed Keith, Margaret, Mary Grace and the children's choir of 16 singers Nancy and the adult Assumption Carolers of 12 singers BJ and 4 volunteers Dottie's Dolls and Decor room (dedicated in memory of Dorothy Malerba) Margaret and Christina B: The Children's Craft room Mary and 2 volunteers: Guild table Faith Formation Teens 15 volunteers who helped wherever needed William Rosario, Parish custodian, for the set up Deacon Victor and Anne: Outdoor signs Guild Members 30 plus volunteers who helped organize for months, set-up over two days and spending all day Saturday working and cleaning up Sub-Committee Chairs John for the Kitchen, Mary Ellen and Elaine for the food, Ann Marie for the White Elephant room, Debbie for the Bake Sale and Paulette and Pat for the Raffle Johanna, Eddie, Mary Ellen and Brittany Pirre of Piece of Cake Cookie Contest To all the bakers, the mothers and fathers, and friends who joined in the help, we needed each of you and we are grateful! Congratulations to our Cookie Contest winners! Kim Ahern - Golden Spatula Award Winner Katalyna Brown - Second Place Jane Siena - Third Place And to my Co-Chair, Pat Warner: Publicity (outstanding this year!), Guild Craft Table, and the Raffle ran perfectly. Thanks! I am happy to report that a record breaking 778 people attended! Amazing! It has been a rewarding eight years Chairing this event with such a dedicated and generous group of women from the Ladies Guild! It is an Honor to be part of this organization. I pass this baton to others now, but will continue to help in the future.
