Looking for a full-time Maintenance candidate to join our team! We currently manage over 400 rental units; ranging from office, retail, industrial, hospitality and multi-family homes/apartments. Our ideal candidate is self-motivated, hard working and VERY reliable. Ability to read, write and understand English is a plus. Candidate must posses a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation. Must be willing to work on weekends and holidays. Duties include, but are not limited to the following: • Repairs including: general plumbing, carpentry and electrical. • Sweeping area walks, stairs and parking lot. • Cleaning carpets as needed. • General care of flowers, plants, and trees, sometimes including lawn mowing. • Painting on an as needed basis. Job Conditions: Working conditions include working outside in varying weather conditions, exposure to dust, dirt, chemicals and noise. Proper use of all power tools is essential. Ability to follow directions. Involves working alone and with a team. This position may include frequent interruptions, walking up and downstairs and potentially lifting up to 50 lbs or more.
