Found Cat

palmer near mozart, Chicago IL

Description

Found cat on Palmer and Mozart (just west of California). Black and white, really friendly, two collars one red with bells on and a grey one with reflective bits on it. Unfortunately no tags on the collar. Microchipped but the chip was not registered to anyone.
