Hi, I am trying to get dormant marine engines re-started. The engines have new carburetors and intakes installed. Also new belts and clamps are in. The electrical components are in-place, but who knows if they are hooked up. The engines are not turning over, and it seems that the starters are not getting power. This is an INBOARD engines (twin Crusader 454) application, so you will need to be a relatively slim bloke to work in there. Someone under 180 pounds is preferred. Thanks in advance for the help!
