Help Installing Christmas Lights + Cleaning Gutters

I am looking for a professional who can install Christmas lights on the front of the house and clean gutters at the same time. House is 3 stories, you need to bring a ladder long enough to reach the top of the house. Back of the house has metal pergola on the backyard. Make sure you are able to get to every area of the house to clean gutters. See pictures. Reply with your reviews, references, how much it will cost and when you can stop by. If you want to do this today / tomorrow, that will be ideal. I need to read real reviews, if you have a company name or your name registered with Google / Yelp and have reviews - that will be great.
