Ross DePass Building Services is hiring IMMEDIATELY for an experienced painting foreman! Multiple commercial projects throughout the United States, including FL, AL, CA and more to come. Must be willing to travel. Pay based on experience and skill level. You will be responsible for leading a team on various projects and providing our clients with an excellent experience. Key responsibilities include: • Leading, supervising and working alongside crew members to achieve quality work • Supervising crews to ensure safety procedures are met while using equipment • Communicate and work directly with crew members on site to make sure job specifications are met • Train new members in Ross DePass standards • Keep Project Manager informed of progress made and any issues throughout the day • Maintain time reporting for members of crew Sign on bonus and incentives offered! All lodging paid by company on out-of-town work.
