Experienced Windsurf & Sailing Instructor Needed

Looking for a candidate with serious sailing instructor/coaching credentials to head up our youth windsurf program. Preferably looking for a Keys-based resident or someone who lives in South Miami Dade area. Will help with fuel costs. This position requires the right candidate to work with kids and teens, instill in them a love for the sport of sailing, and encourage them to pursue racing. US Sailing Level 1 certification, windsurfing/sailboat/dinghy racing and/or foiling experience a huge plus. Candidate will be expected to teach beginner windsurfing students and help advance their skills to the next level. Candidate will be expected to provide instructor support in other recreational or competitive youth sailing programs (opti racing and opti learn to sail, C420, summer camp and adult learn to sail. Position will require 15-20 hours per week during the academic school year and up to 30-35 hrs/wk during June, July months. Can tailor work schedule around candidate's other commitments. Your office will be on beautiful Buttonwood Sound in Key Largo. Our work environment is professional and welcoming, but ALWAYS safety and fun-first.
