Ex, 10hrs+ -High morale and creative solution skills -Comfortable working with power tools performing assembly and disassembly Packing crew: -Strong wrapping skills for varying household objects; kitchen dishes, art, home-décor, electronics -Ability to fill a box with wrapped items in a safe protective manner through correct usage of protective equipment such as bubble wrap, paper wrap, stretch-wrap -Correct assembly utilizing all box types, securing and taping -Move completed boxes to staging area for following day moving-crew Crew Lead : - Ability to coach safe practices and guide others in doing so - Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with team and client - Leads in executing SM&M 5-star plan - Tailoring to individual client needs - Demonstrates high composure in an otherwise stressful situation - Able to share constructive feedback and follow-up by taking action - Upholding company quality reputation - Awareness of team members and flow of move.
